The manufacturer inspected the installation and even determined that its product was within the company standards, even though it was somewhat uneven.  Roark decided to eat the cost and replaced all 1,300 square feet of tile.

“It was a tough decision, but it was the right decision,” Roark says. “We replaced every bit of that tile because we wanted our customer to be happy. And it proved beneficial because that customer has sent a couple of referrals our way.”
